The Hankison E5-20 is a Grade 5 high-efficiency condensing oil filter element for compressed air systems. It is primarily used to filter out fine water mist, oil mist, and solid particles from the air, and is commonly installed upstream of adsorption dryers and membrane dryers, or downstream of refrigerated dryers.
Pre-filter protection: If the pipeline contains a large amount of condensate or large particles of heavy oil, it is recommended to install a Grade 7 (E7-20) filter element upstream of the HF5-20 filter as a pre-filter to extend the service life of the E5-20.
