Ultrafilter FF03/10 is a mid-range oil-removing precision filter element from the German ULTRAFILTER FF series, designed for 03/10 specification filter housings. As an advanced purification component following PE03/10 pre-filtration, it handles a higher flow rate than the FF03/05 model in the same series. Core Performance Parameters Filtration Precision: Utilizing 0.01μm grade multi-layer glass fiber composite filter media, it efficiently removes oil mist, fine particles, and condensate from compressed air. The residual oil mist content after filtration is as low as 0.01mg/m³ (i.e., 0.01PPM), with a filtration efficiency of 99.99%, meeting ISO8573-1 Class 1 standard requirements. It provides effective protection for downstream high-precision filtration elements. Structural Design: It features a combined structure of aluminum alloy end caps, a stainless steel skeleton, and an outer hydrophobic foam sleeve. Pre-installed with nitrile rubber/fluorocarbon O-ring seals, the optimized pleating process maximizes the filtration area. With an initial differential pressure of ≤0.02MPa, it offers low differential pressure and low energy consumption. Under normal operating conditions, its service life is approximately 2000-4000 hours, requiring complete replacement after reaching its service cycle, as it is non-regenerable. Applicable Conditions: The rated processing flow rate is 1.0 Nm³/min, which is 2.5 times that of the FF03/05 (0.4 Nm³/min), making it suitable for medium-flow compressed air purification systems.
