The Domnick Hunter K220AR is a primary/main line filter element in the OIL-X EVOLUTION series of compressed air precision filters from Domnick Hunter (now part of the Parker Hannifin Group).
1. Filtration Class and Function
Class Definition: AR (Air Receiver/Primary Filter).
Main Function: Removes solid particles larger than 1μm, dust, and condensed liquid water and oil from compressed air.
Performance Specifications: At 21℃, the oil mist content in the outlet air typically does not exceed 0.5 mg/m³ (0.5 ppmw).
Application Scenarios: Typically installed after a refrigerated dryer or used as a pre-filter for high-precision filters (such as AA and AX classes). It can also be used for preliminary purification of general industrial air.
