Replacement Hiross 180C compressed air line filter

The Hiross 180C is an H-class (activated carbon) precision filter element for the after-treatment system of screw air compressors from the Italian brand Hiross. The suffix "C" in the model designation indicates the activated carbon filtration level. It is used to remove oil mist, hydrocarbons, and odors, with a filtration accuracy of approximately 0.01 μm and a residual oil content ≤ 0.003 ppm.

It belongs to the Hiross 180 series filter elements and is commonly used in high-cleanliness applications at the end of compressed air systems (such as food, pharmaceutical, breathing air, and spray painting).

Typical structure: Glass fiber/borosilicate fiber filter layer + stainless steel frame + outer hydrophobic and oil-resistant sleeve; some models include an activated carbon layer.

Interface size: Commonly G1½ or 1” thread, total length approximately 300–400 mm (specific dimensions need to be checked against the housing model); The non-standard “180C” independent model is actually a C-grade (activated carbon) variant within the 180 series.

Alternative models: Equivalent activated carbon filter cartridges from brands such as Parker, Hankison, and Domnick Hunter (e.g., 180C ≈ 180 series C-grade), but it is essential to confirm housing compatibility and flow rate (typically ~10–20 m³/min for the 180 series).
