Ultrafilter PE04/20 is a pre-filtration grade compressed air precision filter element from the German ULTRAFILTER PE series, compatible 04/20 specification filter housings. It serves as the first-stage coarse filtration component in air purification systems, with a higher processing flow rate than the04/10 model in the same series. Core Performance Parameters Filtration Precision: Typically features a 1μm/5μm pre- grade (25μm optional for some specifications), efficiently removing solid particles, condensate, and large oil mists from compressed air. The residual oil content after is ≤0.5PPM, providing effective protection for downstream fine filtration elements such as FF/MF/SMF. Structural Design: Utilizes imported European filter media paired with a 304 stainless steel skeleton. The outermost layer is equipped with an oil-resistant and acid-resistant hydrophobic foam sleeve to prevent coales liquids from re-entering the airflow. It has a typical service life of approximately 8,000 hours and be replaced entirely upon reaching the end of its cycle; it is not regenerable. Applicable Working Conditions: The rated processing flow rate is 2.0³/min, which is 1.33 times that of the PE04/10 (1.5 Nm³/min), making it suitable for mediumto-large flow compressed air purification systems. The operating pressure range is 0.8-1.6MPa, and the operating temperature covers -10℃ to80℃.
