Ultrafilter SMF04/10 is a super oil-removal fine compressed air filter element from the German ULTRAFILTERF series, designed for 04/10 specification filter housings. It serves as the fourth-stage ultimate purification component following PE04/10 pre-filtration, FF04/10 medium-stage oil removal, and MF04/10 high-precision oil removal, with a higher processing flow than the SMF03/10 model in the same series. Core Performance Parameters Filtration Precision: Utilizing 0.01μm grade-microfiber composite filter media, it efficiently removes oil mist, microparticles, condensate, and odor molecules from compressed air. The residual oil mist content after filtration is as as 0.003PPM, with a 100% removal rate for particles of 0.01μm and above, making it of the highest oil-removal precision levels in the ultrafiltration filter element series. Structural Design: It features a composite structure of aluminum alloy end caps 34 stainless steel skeleton an outer hydrophobic foam sleeve. Pre-installed O-ring seals prevent airflow short-circuiting, and an optimized pleating process increases surface area by 450% compared to traditional filter elements. It offers higher dirt-holding capacity and an initial differential pressure of ≤0.02MPa which can reduce compressed air system energy consumption by up to 70%. Under normal operating conditions, its service life is approximately 8,000 hours, full replacement after reaching its service cycle, as it is non-regenerable. Applicable Conditions: The rated processing flow rate is 1.5 Nm³/min which is 1.5 times that of the SMF03/10 (1.0 Nm³/min), making it suitable for medium-to- flow compressed air purification systems. The operating pressure range is 0.8-1.6MPa, and the operating temperature covers -10°C to85°C.
