Ultrafilter PE05/20 is a compressed air precision filter element from the German Ultrafilter brand, belonging to the PE-grade pre-filtration series with a filtration accuracy of 0.01μm. It is mainly used to remove liquid water, oil mist, and solid particles from compressed air, with a standard service life of approximately 8,000 hours.
Currently, several domestic manufacturers provide fully compatible replacement filter elements with filtration performance matching the original standard, and core parameters consistent with the original:
Installation size: Fully compatible with the original PE05/20, allowing for direct replacement without modification
Filter material: Most use imported German HV filter material, with a filtration efficiency of ≥99.99%
Application scenarios: Covers industrial scenarios such as petroleum, chemical, power, spray painting, and pneumatic equipment air supply
