The residual oil mist content after filtration is as low as 0.03ppm (some domestic replacement models can reach 0.01ppm), with a filtration efficiency of 99.999%, representing a high-precision filtration level in air source purification systems. Structural Design: features a combined structure of an aluminum alloy end cap, a stainless steel skeleton, and an outer hydrophobic foam sleeve, pre-installed with O-ring seals. The pleating process maximizes the filtration surface area, resulting in high dirt-holding capacity and low airflow resistance. The initial differential pressure is ≤0.02MPa, the service life under normal operating conditions is approximately 4,000-8,000 hours. It must be replaced entirely after reaching its service cycle is non-regenerable.
