Replacement Parker Domnick Hunter K620AX compressed air line filter

The Domnick Hunter K620AX is a high-efficiency water-removing filter element for industrial compressed air filtration systems. It is a core product of the "OIL-XEVOLUTION" series and is primarily used for the deep removal of moisture and fine particles from compressed air. The following is a summary of its core information:

I. Product Positioning and Core Functions
The K620AX is the most outstanding model in the K620 series in terms of water removal performance. Its core function is to deeply remove liquid water, water vapor, oil mist, solid particles, and other contaminants from compressed air, meeting the needs of scenarios with extremely high requirements for compressed air dryness. It serves as the "deep water removal terminal" in compressed air filtration pipelines.

II. Technical Parameters and Performance Characteristics
Core Filtration Performance:
Filtration Accuracy: Removes solid particulate impurities ≥0.01 microns, while efficiently separating liquid water and water vapor.

Oil Content Control: The oil content of the treated compressed air is ≤0.001mg/m³ (i.e., 1ppb), almost completely removing oil and meeting the stringent requirements of breathing air, precision manufacturing, and other scenarios.

Durability and Compatibility:

Materials: Utilizes imported glass fiber, wood pulp paper/cotton pulp paper, and other filter media, paired with aluminum alloy spacers, possessing acid and alkali resistance;

Operating Conditions: Maximum operating temperature 66℃, maximum pressure differential 0.02MPa, suitable for high-flow compressed air pipelines;

Flow Rate Matching: The K620 model is compatible with flow rates up to 37.3 m³/min (the older K009 model was compatible with 0.5 m³/min; the higher the flow rate, the higher the model number).
