Maintenance and Replacement Recommendations: Standard Lifespan: The normal operating lifespan of this type of precision filter element is generally 6000 to 8000 hours (or approximately 1 year of cumulative operation), depending on the oil and water content of the compressed air upstream.
Replacement Signal: When the differential pressure gauge pointer enters the red zone (excessive resistance leading to increased pressure drop), or when the air discharged from the filter drain port contains significant oil contamination, the corresponding filter element must be replaced immediately. Failure to do so may result in damage to downstream precision equipment or product contamination.
Installation Sequence: When configuring a complete purification system, the airflow sequence must be E9 > E7 > E5 > E3 > E1 (from coarse to fine). This sequence must never be reversed, especially for E1 grade activated carbon filter elements, which must never come into direct contact with liquid water or large amounts of oil mist.
