Ultrafilter PE04/10 is a pre-filtration grade compressed air precision filter element from the German ULTRAFILTER PE, compatible with 04/10 specification filter housings. As the first-stage coarse filtration component of the air source purification system, it handles a higher flow than the PE03/10 model in the same series. Core Performance Parameters Filtration Precision: Typically a 1μm/5μm-filtration grade (25μm optional for some specifications), it efficiently removes solid particles, condensate, and large oil mists from compressed air. The residual content after filtration is ≤0.5PPM, providing effective protection for downstream fine filtration grade elements such as FF/MF/SMF. Structural Design: It imported European fiberglass filter media paired with a 304 stainless steel skeleton. The outermost layer is equipped with an oil-resistant and acid-resistant hydrophobic foam sleeve prevent coalesced liquids from re-entering the airflow. The connection between the filter element and the housing is pre-installed with a sealing ring to prevent airflow shortcircuiting. The overall unit features corrosion resistance, low airflow resistance, and high strength. It has a typical service life of approximately 8,000 hours and be replaced entirely upon reaching the end of its service cycle; it is not regenerable. Applicable Operating Conditions: The rated processing flow rate is 1. Nm³/min, which is 1.5 times that of the PE03/10 (1.0 Nm³/min), making it suitable for mediumto-large flow compressed air purification systems. The operating pressure range is 0.8-1.6MPa, and the operating temperature covers -10° to 80°C.
