Ultrafilter MF04/20 is a high-precision oil-removing compressed air filter element from the German ULTRAFILTER series, compatible with 04/20 specification filter housings. It serves as the third-stage high-precision purification component after PE04/20-filtration and FF04/20 medium-stage oil removal, with a higher processing flow rate than the MF04/10 model in the same series Core Performance Parameters Filtration Precision: Utilizing 0.01μm grade nano-microfiber composite filter media, it can efficiently remove oil mist, particles, and condensate from compressed air. The residual oil mist content after filtration is as low as 0.001PPM, with a filtration efficiency of99.999%, representing a high-precision filtration level for air source purification systems. Structural Design: It features a fiberglass filter media paired with a 34 stainless steel skeleton. The outer layer is equipped with a hydrophobic foam sleeve to prevent secondary carryover of coalesced liquids. The maximum working differential pressure can reach 035MPa, with an operating temperature range of -10°C to 120°C. The initial differential pressure is ≤0.02, characterized by low differential pressure and high dirt-holding capacity. Under normal operating conditions, its service life is approximately 8,000 hours, requiring replacement after reaching its service cycle, as it is non-regenerable. Applicable Working Conditions: The rated processing flow rate is 2.0 Nm³/, which is 1.33 times that of the MF04/10 (1.5 Nm³/min), making it suitable for medium-tolarge flow compressed air purification systems. The operating pressure range is 0.8-1.6MPa.
