Replacement Air line filter Ultrafilter AK04/10

Ultrafilter AK04/10 is an activated carbon adsorption precision filter element from the German ULTRAFILTER AK series, for 04/10 specification filter housings. As a terminal odor treatment component in compressed air purification systems, it features a higher processing flow rate than the AK3/10 model in the same series. Core Performance Parameters Filtration and Adsorption Capacity: Utilizing a composite structure of a 0.01μ precision microfiber pre-filtration layer and a high-iodine-value columnar activated carbon filling layer, it efficiently removes oil mist and microparticles from compressed air whilebing volatile organic compounds (VOCs), odor molecules, and residual oil vapors. After filtration, the residual oil mist content is as low as 0.00 PPM, and the removal efficiency for VOCs like benzene and formaldehyde, as well as odors, exceeds 95%, meeting the ISO8573-1 0 compressed air standard requirements. Structural Design: Equipped with a 304 stainless steel skeleton, the entire filter element undergoes resin impregnation and curing treatment, it pressure-resistant, impact-resistant, and corrosion-resistant. The outer layer is fitted with a hydrophobic foam sleeve to prevent secondary carryover of coalesced liquids The initial differential pressure is ≤0.02 MPa with low airflow resistance. Under normal operating conditions, its service life is approximately 4,000-,000 hours (depending on specific conditions such as oil content and humidity of the air source). Once adsorption saturation is reached, the entire element must be replaced cannot be regenerated. Applicable Operating Conditions: The rated processing flow rate is 1.5 Nm³/min, which is 1.5 times that of AK03/10 (1.0 Nm³/min), making it suitable for medium-to-large flow compressed air purification systems. The operating pressure range 0.8-1.6 MPa, and the operating temperature covers -10°C to 80°C. It is typically installed after precision stages such as PE/FF/MF/SMF, serving as the final deodorization stage in air source purification
