Ultrafilter SMF03/05 is a super oil-removal fine compressed air filter element from the German ULTRAFILTERF series, compatible with 03/05 specification filter housings. It serves as the fourth-stage ultimate purification component after PE03/05 prefiltration, FF03/05 medium-stage oil removal, and MF03/05 high-precision oil removal, with a higher processing flow rate the SMF02/05 models in the same series. Core Performance Parameters Filtration Precision: Utilizing 0.01μm- nano-scale microfiber composite filter media, it can efficiently filter out oil mist, microparticles, condensate, and odor molecules from compressed air. The residual oil mist content filtration is as low as 0.01ppm/wt, with a 100% removal rate for particles of 0.01μm above, making it one of the highest oil-removal precision levels in the ultrafiltration filter element series. Structural Design: It features a combined structure of aluminum alloy caps stainless steel skeleton an outer hydrophobic foam sleeve, pre-installed with O-ring seals. The pleating process increases the filtration surface area by 450% compared to traditional filter elements, offering low pressure drop and low energy consumption characteristics. System pressure loss can be controlled at an extremely low level, with a service life of approximately 8,000 hours. It must be replaced entirely after reaching its service cycle and is non-regenerable. Applicable Working: The rated processing flow rate is 0.5 Nm³/min, which is more than 3 times that of the SMF02/05 (.16 Nm³/min), making it suitable for medium-flow compressed air purification systems. The working pressure range is 0.8-1.6MPa, and working temperature covers -10°C to 80°C.
