Ultrafilter SMF03/10 is a super oil-removal fine compressed air filter element from the German ULTRAFILTERF series, compatible with 03/10 specification filter housings. It serves as the fourth-stage ultimate purification component following PE03/10-filtration, FF03/10 medium-stage oil removal, and MF03/10 high-precision oil removal, with a higher processing flow than the SMF03/05 model in the same series. Core Performance Parameters Filtration Precision: Utilizing 0.01μm grade nanomicrofiber composite filter media, it can efficiently filter out oil mist, microparticles, condensate, and odor molecules from compressed air. The residual oil mist content after filtration is low as 0.003PPM, and the removal rate for particles of 0.01μm and above reaches 100%, one of the highest oil-removal precision levels in the ultrafiltration filter element series. Structural Design: It features a combined structure of aluminum alloy end caps stainless skeleton an outer hydrophobic foam sleeve, pre-installed with O-ring seals. The optimized pleating process increases the filtration surface area by 450 compared to traditional filter elements, resulting in higher dirt-holding capacity and lower airflow resistance. With an initial differential pressure of ≤0.02MPa, it can reduce the consumption of compressed air systems by up to 70%. Under normal operating conditions, its service life is approximately 4000-8000 hours requiring complete replacement after reaching its service cycle, as it is non-regenerable. Applicable Operating Conditions: The rated processing flow rate is 1.0³/min, which is 2.5 times that of the SMF03/05 (0.4 Nm³/min), making it suitable for mediumflow compressed air purification systems. The operating pressure range is 0.8-1.6MPa, and the operating temperature covers -10℃ to 8℃.
