Ultrafilter PE03/10 is a pre-filtration grade compressed air precision filter element from the German ULTRAFILTER PE, compatible with 03/10 specification filter housings. It serves as the first-stage coarse filtration component in air source purification systems, with a higher processing rate than the PE03/05 model in the same series. Core Performance Parameters Filtration Precision: The PE-grade pre-filtration is divided three levels: 25μm, 5μm, and 1μm. This model typically follows the 5μm pre-filtration standard efficiently removing solid particles, condensate, and large oil mists from compressed air. The residual oil content after filtration is ≤0.5PPM, providing effective for downstream fine filtration elements such as FF/MF/SMF. Structural Design: It utilizes imported European fiberglass filter media paired with a stainless steel frame. The layer is equipped with an oil-resistant and acid-resistant hydrophobic foam sleeve to prevent coalesced liquids from re-entering the airflow. The overall design features corrosion resistance low airflow resistance, and high strength. The typical service life is approximately 8,000 hours, after which the entire element must be replaced and cannot regenerated. Applicable Operating Conditions: The rated processing flow rate is 1.0 Nm³/min, which is 2.5 times that of the PE3/05 (0.4 Nm³/min), making it suitable for medium-flow compressed air purification systems. The working pressure range is 0.81.6MPa, and the working temperature covers -10℃ to 80℃.
