Ultrafilter FF04/10 is a mid-range oil-removing precision filter element from the German ULTRAFILTER FF, designed to fit 04/10 specification filter housings. As an advanced purification component following PE04/10 pre-filtration, it handles a flow rate than the FF03/10 model in the same series. Core Performance Parameters Filtration Precision: Utilizing a multi-layer glass fiber composite material with a 0.01μm rating, it efficiently removes oil mist, fine particles, and condensate from compressed air. The residual oil mist content after filtration as low as 0.01mg/m³ (i.e., 0.01PPM), with a filtration efficiency of 99.9%, meeting the ISO8573-1 Class 1 standard requirements. It provides effective protection for downstream high-precision filtration elements. Structural Design: features a combined structure of an aluminum alloy end cap, a 304 stainless steel skeleton, and an outer hydrophobic foam sleeve. Pre-installed O-rings airflow short-circuiting, and an optimized pleating process maximizes the filtration area. With an initial differential pressure of ≤0.02MPa, it offers low pressure and low energy consumption. Under normal operating conditions, its service life is approximately 8,000 hours, requiring complete replacement after reaching its service cycle as it is non-regenerable. Applicable Conditions: The rated flow rate is 1.5 Nm³/min, which is 1.5 times of the FF03/10 (1.0 Nm³/min), making it suitable for medium-to-large flow compressed air purification systems.
