Replacement Air line filter Ultrafilter AK05/20

Ultrafilter AK05/20 is an AK-grade activated carbon adsorption filter element from Germany's Ultrafilter, serving as a terminal deodorization and oil vapor configuration for compressed air systems. With a filtration precision of 0.01μm, it removes oil vapor, odors, and volatile organic compounds (VOCs) from compressed air through activated carbon adsorption. After treatment, the residual oil content in the compressed air can be as low as 0.003ppm. It is typically installed after SMF/MF-grade precision filtration, with a standard service life of approximately 4,000 hours.

Mainstream Alternative Product Parameters and Procurement Channels
Currently, compatible alternative filter elements provided by domestic manufacturers have installation dimensions identical to the original, allowing for direct replacement, with core performance matching the original standards:

Filter Material: Utilizes a composite structure of high-quality coal-based columnar activated carbon and an outer layer of ultrafine glass fiber, with a specific surface area ≥1000㎡/g and high adsorption capacity. The outer layer is equipped with a hydrophobic foam sleeve to prevent liquid droplet carryover, achieving a filtration efficiency of ≥99.99%.
Operating Parameters: Supports a maximum working pressure of 1.6MPa, an applicable temperature range of -20℃ to 80℃, and is compatible with original Ultrafilter AK series filter housings.
Applicable Scenarios: Suitable for scenarios requiring compressed air free of odors and oil vapor, such as food and beverage production, pharmaceutical workshops, breathing air systems, and precision electronics manufacturing.
