The residual oil mist content after filtration is as low as 0.03PPM (high-quality domestic alternatives reach 0.001PPM), with a filtration efficiency of 99.999%, representing a high-precision filtration level for air source systems. Structural Design: It features a composite structure of an aluminum alloy end cap 304 stainless steel skeleton an outer hydrophobic foam sleeve. Preinstalled O-ring seals prevent airflow short-circuiting, and optimized pleating processes maximize the filtration surface area. It boasts high dirt-holding capacity and an differential pressure of ≤0.02MPa, characterized by low differential pressure and low energy consumption. Under normal operating conditions, its service life is approximately 8,00 hours, requiring complete replacement after reaching its service cycle, as it is non-regenerable. Applicable Operating Conditions: The rated processing flow rate is1.5 Nm³/min, which is 1.5 times that of the MF03/10 (1.0 Nm³/min), making it for medium-to-large flow compressed air purification systems. The working pressure range is 0.8-1.6MPa, and the operating temperature covers -0°C to 80°C.
