Working Principle: E9 to E3 grades primarily utilize multi-layer glass fiber for mechanical interception and condensation filtration, while E1 grade uses ultrafine activated carbon powder for chemical adsorption.
Reverse Thread Design: Hankison original filter cartridges of size 36 and above typically feature a special reverse thread (left-hand thread) top cap design. When purchasing domestic replacement filter cartridges, special attention should be paid to the thread direction of the interface.
Recommended Replacement Cycle: Typically 6 to 12 months (or when the pressure drop reaches 0.07 MPa). E1 activated carbon filter cartridges are primarily replaced based on odor or rated operating time, and cannot be determined by pressure drop.
